Evaluations and recommendations focused on increasing and maintaining membership through communication, recruitment and retention programs; creating long term financial stability in all areas of the club, developing training programs and increasing productivity of employees; reducing waste; and improving management controls through best practices.
- Operational structure including board members’ responsibilities and lead management personnel job descriptions and roles
- Club branding
- Review current By-Laws and general rules
- Budget analysis, financial history, and capital expenditure procedure
- Clubhouse operations analysis, including the food and beverage operations, hours of service, and level of service provided
- Employment hiring practices, training, benefit packages, and compensation structure.
- Membership policies and procedure, including recruiting, retention, and programs for new member orientation and member mentoring
- Member focus groups/survey
- Golf shop operations analysis, purchasing programs, daily procedures, inventory controls, cart fleet management, caddy program, and promotional ideas to assist in utilizing slow periods
- Golf course maintenance analysis, including purchasing programs, budget, course conditions, course marking and playability
- Website design and review
Our service will include preliminary research and access to key club information. A typical consultation session includes a review of key documents two weeks prior to our four day on-site evaluation. During the evaluation process, access to all necessary relevant information is necessary.
Each Club has unique circumstances and requirements and will receive a customized report. The report is property of the Club and will be treated as confidential information. PPCC will not discuss, share or provide the final report or any confidential information with any outside agency.
