We have seen the struggles smaller and mid-size private clubs have had in attracting and maintaining membership, retaining key personnel, determining the direction the club, and developing long range plans for their survival and success. Our expertise in the private club industry, as PGA golf professionals and General Managers and experience in the insurance, financial and marketing professions allow us to develop real solutions.

Jamie Lewis has over 18 years experience in the Private Club industry. He achieved membership in the PGA of America in 1996 and served as a Head Golf Professional for seven years from 1998 through 2004. He became a General Manager of an upscale private club in 2004 and joined the Club Managers Association in 2007. His past experiences have allowed him to work a wide range of people, from Board of directors, Club members, Community leaders and politicians, and celebrities. His successes include membership recruitment and retention, employee benefits, training, new hiring policies, Golf operations, food and beverage management and service, managing and developing successful budgets while still emphasizing the importance of Member’s First and providing the highest level of service. In 2010, Jamie opened Premier Private Club Consulting, a golf outing planning management company to assist corporations and non-profit organizations in successful outing planning.
